E-invoicing: the list of registered authorized platforms

The e-invoicing reform will gradually apply to companies from 1er September 2026. As part of this change, it is mandatory to choose a state-approved platform. The list of these platforms has just been published.

THEobligation to issue electronic invoices shall apply to:

  • the 1er September 2026 for large companies and mid-sized companies (MID-cap companies);
  • the 1er September 2027 for small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) and micro-companies.

The obligation to receive electronic invoices will take effect for all companies from 1er September 2026.

Each company must choose a government-approved platform to:

  • issuing and receiving electronic invoices;
  • report its data to the administration;
  • process transaction and payment data.

Discover the list of registered approved platforms by the tax authorities. A specific logo has been developed to help companies easily identify them:
