Following the model of the Skills Passport, which provides information on the worker's training, diplomas and professional experiences, the Occupational Health Act of 2 August 2021 created the Prevention passport. It is intended to facilitate the management of occupational health and safety training obligations.

This passport contains the certificates, certificates and diplomas obtained on health and safety at work by all workers, whether employed or looking for work, in both the private and public sectors.

The declaration of training is done on a dedicated space (training organization, employer, worker).

Timetable for the implementation of the Prevention Passport

The Passport has been available to training organizations since 1^er September 2025.

The prevention passport declaration space is accessible since March 16 on the prevention passport portal. At this stage, employers must declare the mandatory health and safety training provided, which includes:

• mandatory training under the regulations;
• training for positions that require authorization or authorization from the employer;

Under the transitional regime, employers have 9 months to file their declaration. This delay does not start immediately, it starts at the end of the quarter in which one of the following events occurred:

• the validity of the proof of success issued to the holder has begun;
• the training leading to the issuance of a training certificate has been completed.

The employer will also be able to verify the training courses declared by the training organizations.

The connection to the personal space on the prevention passport portal is done with the net-company identifiers.

Finally, at 4^e quarter 2026, workers and job seekers will be able to access this passport to complete and enhance it.
