Declaration of Draft works (DT) and Declaration of Intent to Commence works (DICT)

To be used first by the developer (or project manager), who must complete the left part (DT), and then by the works executor (who may be a company or an individual), who must complete the right part (DICT).

Before carrying out works in the vicinity of one or more networks or pipelines, it is necessary to make a prior declaration to the operators concerned. This after consulting the Network Census online service or a service provider contracted by the one-stop shop.
